This french knit fabric is mesmerizing. The colors are so bold and beautiful, and it is so very soft to the touch. I first wrote here about my plan for the Tracy Reese Vogue pattern V1224, and it turned out exactly as I imagined. It was a fairly quick project, and I would have been done in practically a day if I didn't have so much trouble with this material on my machine. I attempted the waistband three times before finally accepting that it needed to be done by hand.

The red on this fabric is so rich.

The detail of the print on this knit is so fine that the pixels are less than a millimeter wide, exactly lining up at the stitch level of the knit. For scale, the bow tie is 3/8 inch wide, which is the radius of a dime. The precision is fantastic, and like a mandlebrot drawing, as you get closer more details unfold.
